The Best of 2015

2015 has been a vital year for this blog. Despite only beginning to post here in July it’s presented some amazing opportunities and 2016 is set to only get better.

This year’s most viewed post goes to Imagine Dragons live at Barclaycard Arena and it was well-deserved. I loved the atmosphere at this concert, the performance was absolutely flawless and it was a night I’ll never forget. Imagine Dragons have quite the repuatation and such strong studio albums that I wasn’t sure if they could live up to the hype. They didn’t. They exceeded it.

Without a doubt my Artist of the Year has to be twenty one pilots. This band have absolutely blown me away, I was lucky enough to catch them live in October and there isn’t a live show like it. If you ever get the opportunity to see these guys live then do it because it really is one hell of an experience. Not only that, but their album ‘Blurryface‘ is musical perfection. I’ve been listening to it on repeat almost non-stop since buying it and have since bought every musical release available. Do it. I promise you it’s worth it.

My ‘Moment I’ll Never Forget’ is when I got the amazing opportunity to interview The Score. As my first face-to-face interview I was a little unsure as to what would happen, but it couldn’t have gone smoother. Edan and Eddie were absolutely lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It was one of those moments that makes putting my effort into this blog really worth it and showed me just what can happen if you work for it.

Thanks for an amazing year, stick with me through 2016 – because it’s going to get a whole lot better!
