TWENTY ONE PILOTS play first show at SSE Wembley Arena | Live Review

Twenty One Pilots played their biggest UK show to-date last night, kicking off their three night stop at SSE Wembley Arena. The venue was packed with fans of all ages and the band put on one of their best performances yet. The Bandito Tour marks the first time tracks from ‘Trench’ have been performed and sees a whole new energy.

DON BROCO play headline show at Wembley Arena | Review

Don Broco played their headline show at Wembley Arena on February 9th, supported by Neck Deep and Issues. Though the arena was not quite at full capacity, those who attended more than made up for it – wild mosh-pits, crowd-surfing and screamed lyrics ended the night as a resounding success.

Dodie celebrates the release of her new EP with a special show

Dodie celebrated the release of her msot recent EP with an exclusive HMV signing and performance. The show was the most intimate I’ve ever seen, it felt rather like Dodie was just another person in the crowd instead of some out-of-reach celebrity.

Twenty One Pilots play one-off ‘A Complete Diversion’ Show in London | Review

Twenty One Pilots played their comeback show at O2 Brixton, London. The hiatus did the boys good, with both Tyler and Josh looking healthy and happy and giving a brilliant performance. The show introduced fans to the new era, combining the best of their old live show with new and exciting pieces (fire, cars and new songs to name a few). ‘A Complete Diversion’ has got fans all over the world excited for the new album ‘Trench’ and the World Tour that comes alongside it.

DUCKING PUNCHES – The Wave Maiden, Portsmouth – 1/06/18 | Live Review

Ducking Punches, Death By Shotgun and Kill the Witness rocked The Wave Maiden. The intimate venue was filled with passionate fans and those who got drawn in by the music from downstairs alike. All of these people had something in common – by the end of the night we all loved the three bands that played. The night put together by Nerd Rage Bookings, gave us a range of the very best punk has to offer; from pop-punk to indie-punk all these bands gave us music that meant something

PVRIS @ O2 Academy Brixton, London – 30/11/17| Live Review

PVRIS’s largest headliner to date at O2 Academy Brixton was insane. I haven’t been to this venue since Panic! At The Disco played here, but PVRIS really owned the stage. Being sat in the Circle meant that we had an amazing view of the entire stage and the energetic crowd below. There were theatrics, a killer light show, and just fabulous performances.

Jon Bellion @ O2 Shepherds Bush, London – 6/4/17

Jon Bellion took London by storm. His ‘Human Condition Tour’ hit the O2 Shepherds Bush last week and blew everyone away. The venue had been upgraded due to popular demand and was packed from front to back, there didn’t seem to be a single space in the entire venue. He was supported on the night by Blaque Keyz, who has featured in many songs with Jon in the past. This show was unforgettable.

Dodie @ The Old Fire Station, Bournemouth – 19/3/17

Dodie’s headlining show at The Old Fire Station, Bournemouth was to support the release of her debut EP ‘Intertwined‘. Alongside her was Rusty Clanton, another YouTuber from Nashville. These two fitted together seamlessly and stole the attention of everyone in the room. The venue was lovely; perfect for two twinkly indie singers. It was packed from front to back, with people (like me) sitting on top of tables in order to see the stage.

With Confidence @ The Joiners, Southampton – 25/02/2017

This show was an odd one; for once it was the opening acts I was there to see rather than With  Confidence. Broadside are a band I’ve been following for a while and was overjoyed to get the chance to see this incredible pop-punk band live. Milestones are a band who I had discovered quite recently and loved. However, as with most shows, each band was incredible in their own right and a true pleasure to watch. The show brought in a range of pop-punk sounds, even venturing into other genre’s with Safe To Say. Joiners was a brilliant venue for all these bands, allowing an intimacy which really played into their hands when winning over the crowd.

Twenty One Pilots @ Alexandra Palace, London – 11/11/16 + 13/11/16

twenty one pilots’ two nights at Alexandra Palace marked the 3rd and 4th time of seeing them live and they did not disappoint. When empty, the venue itself seemed far too large to fill, but within half an hour the place was packed from wall to wall. People were pressed up against each other, pushing to try and get to the barricade. The band owned these two shows, leaving all those who attended desperately wanting more.
